Daizee Haze vs. Kaoru

Daizee Haze vs Kaoru

A stern collar & elbow tie up set the stage for Kaoru to go after the left arm of her popular opposition. Using a head scissors to free herself from Kaoru’s grip, Haze took the chance to parade around the ring to the anger of Kaoru. The international talent started attacking Daizee before she could turn around, using the hair snap mare to set up some blatant chokes. The fans rallied behind Haze as Kaoru left the ring to grab a chair. The attempted illegal activity cost Kaoru as Haze flew through the ropes to dropkick the chair against her opposition’s chest. Big plancha from Haze buckled Kaoru’s legs. Just when it seemed everything was going in Daizee’s favor, Kaoru reversed an Irish whip that sent Haze careening into the front row.

Kaoru’s focus was on the torso of Haze, using body slams and German suplexes to knock the wind out of Haze. Kaoru got ahead of herself, whipping Haze into the ropes. Daizee propelled off the ropes, face busting Kaoru. Both women got up swinging for the fences, with Daizee winning the fistfight before scaling the ropes for her missile dropkick. Kaoru moved at the last second, giving her the chance to climb the ropes and execute a moonsault … to earn a near fall!

Once again it was an Irish whip that almost cost Kaoru the match as her attack was countered by Haze’s Heart Punch-Yakuza Kick combination … but a two count in favor of Haze was all Daizee attained!

Haze shook away the disbelief, going for Mind Trip. Kaoru stopped the finishing maneuver; utilizing a brain buster … for another two count!

Hoisting Daizee off the mat, Kaoru was swept off of her feet with a roll up for the three count to give her opponent the victory.

Winner: Daizee Haze (8:47)

Is It A Classic: Not the greatest of finales (especially compared to the other ChickFight tournaments), but a solid affair. In front of a more enthusiastic crowd and given a little more time, these two could’ve had a definitive classic.
