Rey Mysterio Jr., Juventud Guerrera & Hector Garza vs. La Parka, Psychosis & Silver King
Very lucha opening with a lot of avoidances between Silver King and Hector Garza that ended with King taking an arm drag, Juventud Guerrera tagging himself in, Psychosis following Juventud’s lead & commentator Larry Zbyszko making a racist joke. While Raven’s Flock moved through the crowd, Guerrera messed up a reverse hurricarana that saw him almost drop himself on his head. Guerrera recovered, avoiding a running Psychosis to send him to the floor. Juventud tagged in to Rey Mysterio for a hurricarana on the entering La Parka topped off by a head scissors on Psychosis. Bodies started flying and no one was hitting anything but canvas until the action spilled to the floor. Air Juvi saw Guerrera fly over the top to wipe out Psychosis. Silver King, La Parka and Garza took turns diving on each other. The fans jumped to their feet as Rey pulled King off the top rope with a reverse hurricarana. Mysterio was obliviously hurt, yet still executed the springboard hurricarana pinning combination to put King down for the three count.
Winner: Rey Mysterio Jr., Juventud Guerrera & Hector Garza (5:04)
Is It A Classic: This was a stereotypical lucha match full of highflying, big spots, some sloppiness, and the rudos coming up short in grand fashion. Not the best lucha showcase in WCW history, but a fun few minutes of insanity.
